Goodwill Redwood Empire offers a generous benefits package!

From their first day of employment, Goodwill employees participate in a number of employee benefits including:

Following 90 days of employment all regular employees scheduled to work 20 hours weekly or more are eligible for additional benefits including:

• Medical Insurance (three Kaiser plans to choose from -- a HMO, a DHMO and a PPO plan)

• Dental Insurance (two Premier Access plans to choose from)

• Vision Reimbursement Plan(at no cost to the employee)

• Life and AD&D Insurance (at no cost to the employee)

• 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan
  

Full-time employees (those working a schedule of 35 hours or more weekly) pay only 10% of their medical (if they elect the HMO or DHMO plan) and dental insurance premiums. Those scheduled to work 20-35 hours also receive substantial employer contributions to their medical and dental insurance and their share of premium cost is dependent upon their scheduled hours. Employees have the option of insuring dependents, including registered domestic partners. All employee premiums are deducted from employee pay on a pre-tax basis through our IRS Section 125 plan.
