Goodwill Redwood Empire offers a generous benefits package:
Employees become eligible on the first day of the month following 90-days of employment. Contributions for medical and dental premiums are deducted from your salary on a pre-tax basis (IRS Section 125).

Employees who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for everything listed below:

*Those employees who work 20-29 hours are eligible for these benefits only.
