Learning Enhancement &
Achievement Program (LEAP)

LEAP is a unique program that provides a wide array of services for SonomaWORKS participants who have been diagnosed with a Learning Disability. Participants receive case management assistance to pursue education, training, career services, community service, and job placement. The program Coordinator assists in the implementation of accommodations necessary in each of the above venues. In addition, the coordinator works with participants on how to advocate for themselves with employers and educators.
