Job Skills Training

Weekly two-hour workshops are offered for both men and women incarcerated at the North County Detention Facility in Santa Rosa.  The fundamentals of a successful job search are covered during the weekly training sessions. Upon release an individual is prepared to launch a successful job search utilizing the skills learned during their time at NCDF. Everything from a properly prepared resume, to talking to potential employers about their background and skills is covered during the course of the workshops.
