Work Adjustment Training

Work Adjustment Training provides people with disabilities or other barriers to employment an opportunity to work in a competitive environment where they are able to learn appropriate work behaviors, gain valuable on-the-job experience, learn new skills and develop a better understanding of the world of work in a supportive and safe environment. A Skills Trainer provides training and coaching throughout the 12-week program. Trainees are paid a minimum wage for the work they perform during the training process.
