Work Experience

Through a contract with Mendocino Health and Human Services Department, Goodwill provides Work Experience opportunities throughout Mendocino County for individuals working to transition from welfare to work. Utilizing the Goodwill Training Center Store and a host of other non-profit locations, Goodwill staff work to find the best training opportunities possible. Matching an individual’s career goal to a local non-profit willing to provide supervised on-site training is followed up with supportive coaching and life skills training as needed.
